Sisters Birthday & An Unfortunate Accident..........

So every thing was going well till now and we celebrated my sisters birthday at 12:00 midnight ...I had sneaked in a Black Forest pastry without her knowledge .......


At midnight 21 December as she started to get the calls from loads of her friends we gave her the gifts .....a pair of brand new sneakers(which didn't fit her feet so we got it changed the next morning)......she had already bought a pair of cargoes and top ....then she had a slawar kameez ......then finally we cut the cake ate it all up just four of us and every one went to sleep ..I also slept but quite late ...so eventually got up late at around 11:00 in the noon..

By evening I was just pondering over what to do when my friends called up and i went to play soccer as usual....

just as it was getting dark the visibility of the ball decreasing progressively a player of our team the legendary Vijay kicked the ball so hard that it flew above the goal keepers head and past behind him onto the busy road ...

Everyone shouted to look after the balls trajectory and to where it was heading and started retreating to the pavilion to get all their accessories as we had assumed that it was end of todays game .....
Everyone shouted but no one was keen at looking at the ball... only as usual me and the goal keeper Vamsi were seeing where it went ....

By the time i tracked the ball it was rolling down the road and a biker was heading straight towards it at quite some speed ........My heart skipped a beat over there ........As i had expected the Bike went over the ball or something occurred over there i don't know the exact physical phenomenon that occurred but i saw the biker skidding along the ground and making up quite a distance on the road .....

At that moment i realized that something bad had happened and ran to my friends to tell them what had happened but for an instance nothing struck my mind ...I Found my sandals and wore them got my accessories and asked my friends to vacate the place as soon as possible they didn't get my words properly by that time Vamsi came and cleared others doubts ....We didn't know what to do ....everyone where in a shock unable to realize the situation that was presented to them and how to tackle it .So we finally thought of escaping by some means....But at the back of my mind i knew that it was to late and we should help the person ....so as we were heading towards the exit a person came on the bike called for us and we followed him up to the bike which had fallen at the side of the road .... and a crowd of 6 to 7 people surrounding the wounded biker .........

I saw that he was cleaning his wounds on the hand which was bleeding and his shoulder had swollen up badly it could be seen that the man was in pain ...........
As we all reached the spot about 11 members we were....their was another 2 members posing as reporters and a lady with their ID cards hanging from their neck ....She was busy making calls to don't know whom.She was moving here and there on the road with one hand of her fractured.....
the driver of the press van tells us that she had informed the 108 the emergency service ambulance....A friend said to me that if 108 would come it would become a police case ...so we said that we will take away the wounded to the hospital by an auto it would be quicker and by the looks of the person he was not that badly hurt i mean he obviously didn't need a stretcher to be moved .....But the reporter lady was acting just like a typical reporter trying to make a huge fuss out of nothing at all.....Felt like breaking her other arm also and also realized that she must have broken her arm because of some kind of nuisance that these reporters do and then end up getting beaten ....
My friend Kanth's dad was a doctor so we had him spoken to his dad and informed him about the situation ....all this time 108 hadn't arrived ...we asked the reporter to take the person to the hospital in their van but instead they just said that they had some work and fled from the scene .....Just felt for a moment that it would have been better if instead of the biker the reporter would have been hurt so bad.......

the victim was not willing to get in the 108..rather he waited for his brother to come and take him. tat women ,was intending to take make a scene there, intentionally called 108 to send him in that.But the moment his brother arrived ,he was a kind of good i guess, didn't fight for justice but looked for first aid. Then when his brother asked the women for immediate transportation she rejected to take the victim while her driver was though ready too.....see what kind of nature these media *____ have imbibed in them....so u can see what these reporters do ......

As his relatives arrived we sent the victim with Kanth and others followed behind them to kanths hospital....I had to go home for my sisters B day celebration so came home ...

It wasn't a big celebration of sort ,some of her friends came and had dinner stuff and left ...I called up my friends to ask what was the victims condition they said that he had to undergo an operation by tomorrow and we will be requiring about 10,000 for the it.

Yet all is not decided the condition of the person tomorrow will decide whether he undergoes the operation and the remaining will be seen tomorrow ....


So hoping for the best till then ...............


These are some of the mysteries of life....Just in the span of 24 hrs a I get to see extreme happiness and joy in my sister ....And then also utter suffering and pain in the person who had nothing at all for himself to be blamed for his condition.....


Just reached the ground...The Ball Went out the boundry wall which u see behind me and over to the road .....

End Of IV I

Yes it is all over ...the moment which i had been waiting for for so long now has arrived..I am free now like a free bird ....was lookin for this day so eagerly ..

It feels as if all the burden of the world which was placed on me has been removed...

Feels so great to be one with the world again no need to worry about worthless exams which have never done good to me at least until now .

Many Many things are going around my mind for the future and for the present ..and now i can think about them leisurely .......

The exams were a real roller-coaster ride ...slow in the start but once it picked up the speed did not realize when i went through the great twists and turns and the in the air for a while feeling .......but now that it has all stopped i do not want to take such a ride soon now....

Lets wait and watch what future unfolds .I have to do many things ,learn many things,watch many movies ,play many games ,prepare more dedicatedly for the future ,meet friends old and new,and what not......

So looking to have a great upcoming experience .....SO just Hope for the best

No More Stupid Labs In My Life...

Ya It is finally over.There will be no going to college for attending the labs which are good for nothing waste of a whole lot of time.These labs were so frustratin over these years that i dont want to remember them at all.All that I have done during the labs is chit chat with fellow students thats all and just think abt life how it would have been if i hadnt joined this college .But now no more worries for absolutely wastage of time.

Today was the last lab external in the college.All went as planned and went smooth and fast.I was free In just an hour of entering the Lab .

Now that its all over and only 6 exams to go for this semester to end i and just one more semester left after that before leaving the college i am starting to realize that good times are going to start soon ...just a matter of 5 to 6 more months .

Today was also our lab incharge(Kiran sir) cum class teacher cum h.o.d's B'day so our class guys had arenged for a small cake cutting ceremony.It was like a party of farewell to labs ......

Hoi Mata Ki Jai!!!!!!!!

Today was a very auspicious day .It is Hoi Ashtami when my mom keeps a fast for me ,for my long life and basically my prosperity and in the evening we gather and pray together and an elderly of the family tells the story of Hoi Mata .

It goes like this as narrated by my Massar Ji who is the eldest here .

Long Long ago there used to be a King .He had a problem that he did not have any children.So one day a Sage comes to his court and gives him a Mango and asks him to give it to his Rani and she will have a child .The King had 2 Queens so he decides to give half Mango to each Queen.After that both the queens have a son but the are also half(sideways).Then all the People in his region ask him to kill them as they might be bad omen for the king .So the king orders his servants to kill the kids.Instead of killing them the servants just leave the kids in a jungle.That Night Hoi Mata comes to the jungle and on seeing the half kids takes pity on them and joins them.The next day King comes to know of this deed .He then Prays to Hoi Mata and thanks her .

This is the story i've been hearing since my childhood .there are various versions of it and there are also some other stories like the following one with a descriptin of this festival.


Hoi Ashtami - 2nd November, 2007

This is celebrated 4 days after Karwa Chauth (see festivals section). Women with children fast for the day and pray before sunset. They make a picture of Hoi Mata (mother Hoi), on a wall in a clean place. The story of Siau mata (mother fox) is told by one of the women to everyone;

Once upon time their was a potter family. They had two brothers, whose families lived in one house. One day, the younger brother asked his wife to dig up and bring clay pots for a pre-Diwali market. While digging, she accidentally killed 7 baby foxes with her spade. Their mother came out, very angry. She laid a curse on the potter family "your family will die, because you have killed mine". The woman cried, asking the foxes forgiveness, "I will do anything you want, but please spare my family". The fox said, "you will have to give me seven of your children, as they are born, as a compensation". The woman agreed and returned home feeling very sad.

Following this incident, whenever she had a child, she took it and gave it to the mother fox. Every year on Hoi Ashtami, all other women of the house celebrated and everyone was happy, except her. One day, a sage came to their house and told her that if she prayed to Hoi mata with full devotion, she may be able to reverse the curse pt upon her by the fox. The next year, the woman fasted and prayed with complete devotion. Hoi mata was pleased. She requested the mother fox to return the woman’s children, “she has suffered enough”. Fox agreed and returned the woman’s children. Her family was complete. Once again her home was filled with the noise and laughter of children.

Women finish the story saying, “O Hoi mata, look after my children, as you looked after hers”.

After stars appear, women offers water to the stars and break their fast. In north Indian homes, the food consists of family favourite vegetarian dishes, including poories and sweet desserts.

Exams Exams Exams

Now The time has come again to get geared for the semester end exams .They are goig to start from 14th till 26th .i dont know how i will be completing all my subjects this time but this is always the scenario ..so not a thing to worry a lot .Started the preparation long back just after my III II sem were over but couldn't study as much as i had hoped maybe because of the college atmosphere and some of it in negligence .

But now its the final time that i need to prepare for the exams like in school days . After this sem the final semester of my engg life is going to start which will just pass by with project and stuff .

Anyways gotta get things going for this exams otherwise the coming times will become more difficult to handle ..

Finally Fedora 7

At last I've accomplished what i was trying for the past few weeks .....
It also got my Motherboard into trouble and after getting it repaired I have installed Fedora Core 7 and am running both Windows XP and Fedora on my PC..

Looking forward to a great learning experience now that Linux has been installed .

A few days ago went to see Happy Days movie ...abt college life and the students mindset ....was realy refreshing in the time of all exam pressure and other things which go on during the ending days of College .

Chak Diya India Ne World Cup ko...........................

And again once again India has turned the tables and proved to the world that it is not after all to be taken very lightly....in any sense .


I am so proud today to have seen such gr8 match between India And Pakistan....Simply awesome full entertainment till the last minutes............

college is going on and on just finished one of my stupid record work.Been going to college to regularly these days and it taking its toll on me ......so now is the time to bunk again.

Still in a dilemma abt what i am goin to do abt the project work.....

Anyways enjoyin life as it comes ..

So at last our country is roaring like a real Tiger who has been calm for so long ........It feels so good to watch the team playing so good and thrashing down the most boastful of the teams and showing each team their worth in the international arena ......

I think all credit goes to Dhoni ....Simply fantastic support always cool ....Just thinks the right things .....and Yuvi what should i tell abt him ......his 6 " Chakkas " oooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh every one just loved it .....hs fan following must have increased a 100 folds due to that..

For All Who missed the great strikes of Yuvraj can see it here..Enjoyyyyyyyyyy...(I get goosebumps whenever i see this video)



Any ways the whole team is playing splendidly well and no doubt abt it and the next match is going to be a real cracker all eyes will be set on it.....In India atleast it will be like a "Curfew" when the match starts ........

Just waiting for it....

In the mean while i also saw 2 other movies .........
Love and Other Disasters .....The message of love through it was really the next generation thing...
And the other movie was Living and Dying abt a bank robbery ......good time paas movie thats all i can say ....not so much of an acting involved to be praised...

And also i am completing my Subjects at a steady pace ....dont want it to stop and i continue............................

Our Engg's Day

So finally the day had passed because of which i had got the opportunity to stay home...It was our Engg's day.I went to our college like a chief guest just as the cultural programs had commenced...My poor classmates were busy arranging things from 8:00 in the morning ...I cant help it they chose their positions as volunteers...

It went all well ..The only thing bad was the rain which was on and on though just a drizzle..

by 8:30 the functions were over and the dinner had started .this was the time when everyone of 4th year were busy some serving ,some running to get the items that were over ,We had to feed a horde of abt 700 students in an hour ...so i too took an active part somewhat.

as soon as the dinner was over it started to rain dogs and cats ...thank god it didnt rain like that initially otherwise the whole arrangement would have gone down the drain.

All in all it was a really good organising and most of the things went as planned except the arrival of the C.G's which delayed the proceedings some what...

I came back home after such a feat..totally strained ....but instead of going to sleep i watched a movie Music and Lyrics ....Really good movie ....Drew was lookin really cute in this ........

So morning was again a shade of grey ....it was raining continuously ...This climate just sucks...

now looking into the future should start preparing for the exams .....lets see how i do it.. have started Net Sec for now ....

A real good sleep.............

Yesterday night was really busy .Went to my friends place for discussing the arrangements of engg's day.Then checked all the paper presentations that were submitted for the day.I didnt like any of em .So asked others to evaluate .Came home ,had dinner then sat down to watch Awaraapan the remaining 1 hr .Then put some downloads and put another movie named Shanghai Kiss. Was an OK movie abt a Chinese guy who is brought up in U.S.A then and goes to shanghai and decides to stay there.but in the end realizes that he cant stay away from the land where he had left so many friends and finally decides to come back ...

It was abt 2:45 in the morning when it ended ....

I slept and got up at 11:30 ...........

My mom saying she wont give breakfast and asks me to wait and have lunch directly ...........

Rain Rain once Again.............

The rain in Vizag is becoming kind of a nuisance now a days.I skipped college twice this week due to the unpredictable downpour.
My friends in college are all getting ready for the grand Engineers day celebration.I was supposed to join them and help in organizing but the rain..........

So i have nothing to do just sit on the net ,browse ,orkut , listen music and write in the blog .......
and read my Network & Security Text book now and then .

I have no plans for the evening dont know where i will end up going today.

What I've done is good and everyone know that and also the other songs if u listen to them with out getting too busy u will eventually start appreciating them ......................

Syntel ...............What a pleasent surprise !!

So it was just another normal day.I had to get Up early at 5:00 a.m .and went to the bus stop(RTC) to catch up with most of my classmates who were also waitin there for coll bus to arrive.We boarded and our Journey of about 2 hrs started . When we reached our destination we had to wait till 1:00 for the written exam to commend .After writin that wait for the results to come ..
I was one from abt 300 members who passed written .Now I was getting really anxious ..now i had to face the HR and Technical round .In between we were made to sit in a classroom beside the interview room.My turn was last but one .i entered the interview room at 9:30 p.m .was asked to go to the HR madam.did great in that .Now i was asked to wait for some time and then sent for the Technical interview.The first question which was asked to me was "What are Data Structures?" ...........My mind went blank .I started to breath heavily as if I was going to die.Then i realized and told to myself dont be stupid this guy is just askin a question and he is not goin to kill me if i didnt answer ......after that i answered all his questions though not exactly as the interviewee might have required .........it was longer than the HR round abt 10 mins more .....and Then he said that He was selectin just for the kind of confidence that he saw in me .....nd i knew I was selected .....I was not at all prepared for it .When i went out of the room everyone enquired how it all went and all i could say is I was Selected .after abt 1/2 and hour they announced the names officially ...and mine was the 2nd name to be announced .............It was a gr8 Feeling Never to be forgotten.....First time ever going for an interview and getting selected ..not many ppl have such luck...I dont know what had prepared me for this kind of encounter ...but after everything was over i realized that it wasnt so tough also and maybe i was already prepared from the inside......

Thats what happened that day .
